Modest Art under the Bombs is the catalog of the exhibition on graffiti and post-graffiti which was held simultaneously in June 2007 in two museums in Sète: the MIAM (International Museum of Modest Arts) and the Paul Valéry Museum .

Organized by Pascal Saumade, this exhibition presents the Speerstra collection. More than anyone and long before the media hype and economic speculation surrounding street art, the Speerstra family played a fundamental role in supporting these street artists.
This catalog presents the work of 13 'old school' graffiti artists and examples of work produced by the new generation who painted 'in situ' in the two museums. There is also an essay and photos by Henry Chalfant, a short description of the techniques used by the artists, an essay by Philippe Dagen and the biographies of all the participants.
