A town ! It is man's control over nature. It is a human action against nature, a human labor protection organism. It is a creation. Poetry is a human act – concerted relationships between perceptible images. The poetry of nature is exactly a construction of the mind. The city is a powerful image that activates our mind. Why wouldn't the city still be a source of poetry today?
