“In 1982, I sprayed my first stencil on the walls of the city of Tours.
It's as if it were yesterday and yet thirty years have passed. Three decades of artistic and human adventures during which I continued and deepened my work as a photo-graphic designer, visual artist, painter... image tweaker, what!
I don't know how many cutter blades I've worn out, how many stencils I've cut out, how many walls and canvases I've painted, how many spray cans I've emptied, but I know that my passion for general and for urban art in particular has never been dulled and that it is enriched every day by the new experiences I have been given to live.
This book offers a small journey in images through these thirty years of stencil. From the early stages to recent exhibitions, from Touraine palisades to the Great Wall of China, from small formats to large frescoes. It is also a tribute to all those who have made it possible that today I devote my life and my energy to the practice of this art.
